God has a plan for each one of us. It is not a plan that he has just conceptualised. It has been with Him from eternity and He has appointed a time and a place for us to manifest this plan. As the scripture today shows us, God has prepared some good works for you and I beforehand that we should walk in them.

This amazing promise is predicated upon us recognising that we are God’s workmanship, or as my bible teacher at bible school said, we are God’s love letter or poem, written before hand. We are God’s masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus. God’s work of art, the height of His creation, pre-ordained to be released in this time.

The writer of proverbs said, there are many plans in a man’s heart, but it is the Lord’s will that prevails. Jeremiah 29:11 says “For I know the plans I have towards you, they are plans of good and not of evil, to give you a hope and a future”

Today, it has become imperative to surrender our hearts and lives to God, so He can work in us, what He has planned. I think the greatest lesson a follower of Christ can learn, is that all our strivings will only produce very little at best. But once we yield to His plan, we experience God’s grace and power to become, and believe, the output of this life is far greater than what we can produce in our fleshly strivings. It’s not striving with God, but yielding to God.

The world is waiting for your manifestation. The world is prepared for you to arrive. Step out of your self-created world and purpose and step into God’s preordained plan and watch the world celebrate your arrival.

Let us pray: Father God, I understand you have a preordained plan for me. Please forgive me for the plans I conceived for myself that are outside your plans for me. Help me today to become aware of what your plans for me are and to have the faith and courage to walk into this plan. Lord I want your best for me and I believe you would grant my request, because I have prayed in Jesus Name. Amen.

  1. Pastor Charles, what a discovery your blog. Is. Refreshing, direct and straight to the point. I will suggest you encourage your readers to ask questions for you to be able to shed lighht on. One of the problems in church today is lack of dialogue in the real sense of the world between ‘teacher’ and ‘student’.

I will kick start this Q and A session with thhis question – HOW DO WE KNOW AND WORK IN GOD’S PLAN ?

    1. 1. Through His word.
      2. Through the prophetic word
      3. Through dreams and visions
      4. Through what gets you angry and agitated. It may be an indication of a call from God
5,. Through what you absolutely love. What you would do gladly even if no one pays you for it.
      6. Through God talking to you directly.
      7. You can stumble into God’s call by just volunteering.
8, Lastly you can ask God in prayer.

      Hope this helps
